If your account is dormant, you will not be able to carry out any transactions until it is reactivated. To reactivate the account, please visit any Access Bank Rwanda branch with the following:
Documents to provide:
Valid ID Document ( National ID for locals. For foreigners: Passport, Residence Permit, or Residence Card).
Account Number (to identify the dormant account)
For Corporate Accounts :
Letterhead, stamped with Mandate Signatories
Valid ID Document:
Locals: National ID, and Tin Certificate.
Foreigners: Passport and Residence Permit with Tin certificate.
